• Registration Status
  Indicates whether the nurse is currently authorized to practise in Alberta. Common statuses include Active, Inactive, or Suspended.

• Regulated Member Type
  Indicates the type of permit the registrant holds. These can include registered nurse (RN), nurse practitioner (NP), graduate nurse and provisional nurse.
  
  

• Practice Permit
  Shows if the nurse holds a valid permit for the current practice year. Employers should confirm this before hiring.

• Conditions or Restrictions
  Lists any limitations on the nurse’s practice, such as supervision requirements or restricted duties.

• Additional Authorizations
  Includes certifications like prescribing authority, if applicable.

• Disciplinary Information
  If present, this section summarizes past disciplinary actions or complaint resolutions under the Health Professions Act.
