National Nursing Week takes place on an annual basis to celebrate the contributions of nurses, and to bring awareness to the nursing profession in Canada.
From May 12 to May 18, visit our social media channels to learn about our role as a regulator, and how we interact with the nursing profession and the broader health care ecosystem in Alberta.
This year, the Canadian Nurses Association's focus for National Nursing Week is the power of nurses to transform health. Our registrants, registered nurses and nurse practitioners, play an integral part in the health care system through their commitment to safe, competent and ethical care for all Albertans.
