The CRNA regularly asks for input from the public as it develops and revises standards and guidelines to ensure they are evidence-informed and align with best practice.
The CRNA is gathering feedback on the new draft Preventative Health Testing: Practice Advice for Registered Nurses and Nurse Practitioners to ensure the direction is clear, concise and that it outlines what the public can expect from Alberta registered nurses (RNs) and nurse practitioners (NPs) who may be involved with patient-ordered preventative health testing.
The deadline to provide feedback is Nov. 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (ABT).
